A Latin training camp jointly organized by the host band 4Gats of Kansai's first Latin session, which has been held in Osaka on the 4th Tuesday of every month since 2010, and the Latin Study Group, which focuses on the spread of Latin music in Okayama. in Okayama 2 days 3 venues with plenty of Latin pickles for 2 days! !!

The first day is a workshop and session for each instrument. The second day is a dance workshop for both dancers and musicians.

The fee is 6000 yen for 2 days (accommodation fee, transportation fee, etc. are required separately)

* If only one of them participates, the following fee will be charged.

* * KAMP, which is also the session venue, is an accommodation facility (dormitory type) that is a 5-minute walk from Okayama Station.
It is possible to stay as it is after the session for 3000 yen / person!
Members will stay here, so if you want to talk slowly with the members after the session, we recommend staying here.
The next day's workshop venue is also nearby.
If you would like to stay, please contact us as soon as possible as there is a capacity.
・ There is a female-only dormitory.
・ Showers, toilets, etc. are shared.
・ Meals are not included, so please do it yourself.

Under the theme of "Musicians for dance, dancers with music", Salsa's mothers, Son and Rumba in Cuba, and Clave, which is the basis of the rhythm of all instruments including percussion and singing.

Instructor profile

KIICHAN (performance name “KIKI”)

In 1997, he met salsa in the salsa band "Repica" in Kyoto, which he was invited to join by his sister. At the same time, he begins to learn dance.

He visited Cuba for the first time in 1998 and was fascinated by the authentic music and dance.

Later, he quit his band activities, but continued to dance, forming a unit with NANA (a vocalist and salsa dancer currently active in Tokyo) and playing an active part in shows.

He met TOMOKO in 2002 and is active as an assistant in lessons and as a partner in shows.

Since 2010, he has partnered with KAMECHAN and has announced performances at various events. In the same year, he formed a unit "mez-clo (meaning mixture)" with street dancer Maru & Chie, and enjoys collaborating with new genres.
